I’ve been awfully busy of late though I am looking forward to doing a lot of posting in the latter half of this year.
My first bat is a little court fun I had over a civil matter, the council bureaucrats just don’t like to answer requests for clarification or have their pressumption of legitimacy questioned. The following is an account of the day back in February, round two (proofs) is (apparently) scheduled for the 27th of April.
Supposedly, for an eviction from a West Lothian Council (hereafter the Council) Temp-Tenancy of three years after two wholly and demonstrably unsuitable offers of permanent housing.
Let’s be clear, this is about me not doing as I was told, not settling for something just to tick bureaucrats checkbox and conform to a bit of arbitrary local government corporate policy, not even a by-law… Just “do as you are told, because we say so!

Hmm another one not in the fucking news!! In an update it is finally in the news but down played as per usual.
Efforts are continuing to control a gas leak from a platform in the Elgin field of the North Sea. Operators Total E&P UK said “a well control problem” occurred on the wellhead platform in the Central Graben area, 240km off Aberdeen, at 12:15.
Will this make the news tonight or any time soon??
Doubt it, these fuckers don’t want us sheep knowing these things do they.
An oil spill has been reported from a North Sea platform off the coast of Shetland.
Around 23 tonnes of crude oil discharged from the Tern platform, off the Shetland coast, on Tuesday afternoon. A spokesman from TAQA Bratani, which owns the platform, said the leak was the result of a “temporary upset in the production process whilst cleaning up a new well”. The Department for Energy and Climate Change, and Marine Scotland, were contacted about the leak, which occurred around 300 miles from Aberdeen.
A Marine Scotland spokesman said: “There is no ongoing leakage or further issue as far as we understand. “Due to the remote location of the rig, and the fact it was very rough weather at the time, we understand the oil dispersed quickly. “We do not believe there are any environmental concerns at this time.” Derek Howden, TAQA health, safety, and environment manager, said: “We immediately put into action our response plan which outlines the steps to be taken in the case of any hydrocarbon release. “In close cooperation with DECC it was agreed that the best action, with the least impact on the environment, was to let the oil disperse naturally rather than using a dispersant. “This strategy was successful and the oil has since dispersed.
TAQA immediately set up an investigation team to learn the lessons and prevent recurrence.”
Further to that:
Quoting from PressTV
However, green activists said drilling 1.29 kilometers deep by the “accident prone” BP, which only settled billions of pounds of damage claims over the Gulf of Mexico disaster three weeks ago, is a great risk to the “fragile” Scottish environment.
“This government is taking a huge risk to both Scotland’s fragile natural environment, and its economy, in granting a licence to BP, one of the most accident-prone oil companies in the world. Only three weeks ago, BP finally settled claims for billions of dollars for their part in the Deepwater Horizon disaster,” said Charlie Kronick, senior oil campaigner at Greenpeace.
Eleven men were killed in the April 2010 blowout on the Deepwater Horizon and it took 87 days for BP to regain control of the disaster, though not before 4.9 million barrels of oil were unleashed to the regional waters.
What ‘gratitude’ when asking for justice and fairness! Children and vulnerable adults such as Hollie Greig get traumatised. Parents and supporters get gagged, criminalised and imprisoned. Are human rights worth the paper they are written on???

Ok to be honest with you I started watching this next vid thinking it was just David Icke doing one of his great talks, but no-no no, this vid is full of education and truths, it is one of those that need to be watched to the very end for clarification, I came away from it far from happy but not surprised, with all of the war cries surrounding Iran at the moment you will find some answers here, be very carefull in trusting the MSM, and I don’t think I have to warn you off about politicians do I?
If I do have to warn you about politicians your on the wrong site so fuck off and continue life in a cave.
For fucks sake, Word Press is fucking anoying me again and not letting me insert the vid, so a link to YouTube will have to do for now.

In a letter found in an abandoned farmhouse in the outskirts of Tripoli, former British Premier Margaret Thatcher’s Conservative minister, Lord Trefgarne, has demanded £1 million in “fees owed” for his efforts to advise Gaddafi regime’s intelligent agents prior to the Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset al-Megrahi’s appeal case.
The letter was written to the overthrown Libyan dictator’s son, Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, who is now wanted by the International Criminal Court for committing crimes against humanity.
In the letter, which was on House of Lords notepaper and dated back to June 4, 2007, a reference to a meeting in Britain acknowledged that the fee “may seem a large sum” of money but was the payment for “nine years’ work.”
In the letter, Trefgarne, who worked with Scottish QC Professor Robert Black to provide political and legal advice, said, “During the course of our conversations in London I ventured to draw your attention to the problem being experienced by Professor Robert Black and myself in relation to fees owed over a considerable number of years.”
The chairman of the Libyan British Business Council, who maintained that the bribe “barely covered expenses,” went on to say that, “The amount now owing following a small payment on account is 1.5m USD. This may seem a large sum but in fact represents nine years’ remuneration, no less, for two senior professionals and is measurably below, we are told, the hourly/daily rates paid to some others.”
The leaked letter showed the “entirely proper” arrangements including the circumstances of the time. Trefgarne also admitted that their cooperation with the Libyan intelligence services had begun as early as 1993.
As more and more revelations are made about the British government‘s links with the Gaddafi regime, the international community is growing more skeptical about Britain’s integrity accusing it of hypocrisy as it attempts to present itself as a supporter of human rights.
